Jeanne Dunkle Creative Director, Owner

jeanne

Jeanne knows a ton about the web. She managed and directed teams of copywriters, PR specialists, designers and developers at some of the largest web agencies in Western New York.

In her role as Creative Director, Jeanne researches, ideates, designs and directs hundreds of websites, web applications, email blasts, ad campaigns, and user experiences. Under her leadership, teams of designers and developers work together to build products in use by major corporations and telecoms.

Jeanne is a true problem-solver. She understands the process, from planning, to design, to cutup, to development. She understands the technology: server environments, browsers, and operating systems. She understands the bottom line; that marketing budgets need to translate into profits. But most importantly, she knows how to communicate these concepts to the stakeholders.

Her communications skills, coupled with her user-interface, marketing and development knowledge, help bridge the gap between developers, designers, and marketing teams to create intuitive, brand consistent web sites and applications.

Ben brings 15 years of web design experience to Field 2. During that time, he has designed thousands of sites and web assets.

In the late 90's, he became one of the first art directors in Western New York to be exclusively assigned to web and interactive projects at a prominent ad agency. He entered academia in the early 2000's, becoming a professor at Buffalo's largest private college, but retained his connections to the industry.

His graphic design and illustration practice has yielded countless logos, icons, and fonts. Recently, he has assumed the role of one of the core designers for the Wordpress platform, designing icons and custom graphic assets for the most popular content management system on the planet.
